Canning is a method of preserving food that can extend the shelf life of a variety of foods, even vegetables from your own garden. This class covers canning for beginners. Discussion time will be included for your own specific canning questions and to learn what others are canning.

This class is for attendees age 12 and up. The class is free for Hacksburg members and $5 for non-members. If you are bringing an attendee under 18, you (the parent/guardian) must stay for the entire duration of the class.
