General Policies
Red-Tagging
If a piece of equipment has a red tag on it, that means it's malfunctioning and must not be used. Do not use any equipment with a red tag on it.
If you notice that a machine is malfunctioning to the point that safety is compromised, put a red tag on the equipment and notify the Board.
Equipment-Specific Policies
These policies cover use of large and/or dangerous equipment.
Before using any of the equipment on these lists, you must be checked out on this equipment by the Safety Officer or their designees.
